Private Party Details

Duration: Private celebrations are scheduled in a 2-hour time slot.

What’s Included

  • Animal Connection Time: Guests meet and interact with our farm animals in a safe, guided way.

  • Treat Bags for Kids: Each child receives a treat bag to feed the animals (included).

  • Reserved Celebration Area: A designated space with seating for cake, gifts, and gathering.

Privacy Note:

If the farm is fully closed to the public during parties:
Your party is a private event and the farm is reserved for your group during your scheduled time.

Booking your Private Party

To reserve your private party at Bridges of Hope Farm:

1. Complete the Booking Form: Please fill out our Private Party Booking Form with your event details and preferences.

2.Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total party cost is required upon booking to secure your date and time

3. Confirmation: Upon receiving your booking for and deposit, we will send a confirmation email with event details and next steps.

Finalizing Event Details:

One week prior to your scheduled event, Leann will reach out to you.

Review Event Details: Confirm the number of attendees, special request, and any additional information

Settle Remaining Balance: Collect the remaining balance due for the event.

Private Farm Buyout (2 hours):

up to 20 guests: $300

up to 30 guests: $350

Founding Rate: available for a limited time while we build and expand.

What counts as a guest?
A “guest” includes children and adults attending the party.

Your booking helps support animal care and farm readiness as we build a sensory-friendly space for nonverbal autistic adults and the families who love them.

Weather Policy

Your safety and comfort are our priority.

Rescheduling
If weather conditions are unsafe (extreme heat, storms, high winds, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule for a mutually agreed date, based on availability.

Cancellations
If rescheduling is not possible, cancellations due to severe weather will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please note: deposits remain non-refundable.

Communication
We will contact you as early as possible if weather conditions require changes to your event plan.

Can I bring my own food and decorations?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food, beverages, and decorations. We ask that all decorations be set up and removed within your reserved time slot and that they are safe for the farm environment.

What is your policy on inclement weather?

In the event of severe weather, we will work with you to reschedule your event to a mutually agreeable date, subject to availability. If rescheduling is not possible, cancellations due to severe weather will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Please note that the initial deposit remains non-refundable.

How early can I arrive to set up for the party?

You may arrive up to 45 minutes prior to your scheduled party time to set up. This allows ample time to arrange decorations and food before your guests arrive.

Is there a maximum number of guests allowed?

​Our party area comfortably accommodates up to 30 guests. If you anticipate a larger group, please contact us in advance to discuss arrangements. Each additional guest beyond the initial 30 will incur a fee of $15 per person

Are there any age restrictions for party activities?

Our farm activities are suitable for children of all ages. We strive to provide engaging experiences that are enjoyable for both children and adults.

What should guests wear to the party?

We recommend wearing comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes suitable for outdoor activities on the farm.

Is there parking available for guests?

Yes, we have ample parking available on-site for all party guests.

How far in advance should I book the party?

To ensure availability, we recommend booking your party at least four weeks in advance. However, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.​ If you have any additional questions or specific requests, please feel free to contact us.
